She also stated <br />that NETLS recommended that videos be cleaned after every 5th <br />checkout. The Library is in the process of doing this. She also stated that <br />videos needed to be replaced after being checked out 200 times. The <br />library has 10,000 videos in the collection. Two NETLS workshops are <br />being held in the Paris Library tomorrow. Betty will begin discussing <br />Library policies at future meetings. <br />Nancee Salzman, Board Chairman, called for election of new officers. <br />Sarah Gambill recommended that the current officers serve another term <br />of 1 year. Sarah Gambill made the motion and it was seconded by Joyce <br />Kennemer. The board voted in favor of the motion. <br />There was no unfinished business and no Friends report. <br />The meeting adjourned at 5:OOPM.
