This can be tailored to fit our needs. <br />Research has been done to determine the best way to get the word out. According to the <br />Post office, there are 6,300 residences more or less inside the city limits that receive mail. <br />We found that there are several ways to send brochures out to every residence in Paris <br />1) US POST OFFICE: <br />A: Purchase a mailing list to correspond to the USPS delivery route $? <br />B. Print address on each piece to be mailed out <br />C. Cost of $.177 per each piece postage @ 6300 $1115 <br />2) SHOPPER'S EDGE <br />A. Insert into their mailout to all residences $42 per 1000 X 6300 $265 <br />B. Purchase one full page %2 size normal paper size $580 <br />3) POSTAL OPTIONS <br />A. Their lists have 8339 within the city. (Includes businesses) <br />B. The charge is $.286 per piece ready to go $2385 <br />(They charge.06 for labels plus $.226 per piece) <br />4) VOLUNTEER LABOR <br />A. Purchase Labels from the City Water Dept $ <br />B. Get volunteers to put on labels, fold and tab <br />C.
