MINUTES <br />WORK SESSION <br />LAKE PAT MAYSE STUDY COMMITTEE <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2009 <br />Call the meeting to order. <br />Chairman Hayter called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m. <br />2. Committee member roll call. <br />City Engineer Shawn Napier called roll. <br />Members present were Dennis Chalaire, Reeves Hayter, John Kruntorad, Gene McWaters, <br />Sharron Nabors, Jim Noble and Dan Smith. Ex- Officio Members present were Ray Ball and <br />Renee Harvey. Member absent was Michael Moffitt and Richard Quarles. Ex- Officio Members <br />absent were Bryon Billman, Jim Kays, Frank Wright and Bob Campbell. Alternate Member absent <br />was Joan Mathis. <br />Also, present were city staff Shawn Napier, City Engineer; Doug Harris, Utilities Director; <br />David Nabors and Charles Richards, Paris News. <br />Quorum announced. <br />3. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (April 30, 2009) <br />Motion was made by Sharron Nabors, seconded by Dan Smith to approve the minutes for <br />the April 20, 2009 meeting. Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Citizens forum. <br />No one spoke. <br />5. Discussion and possible action on drafting a recommendation to City Council. <br />Table listing five (5) different options distributed (prepared by Reeves Hayter). Table <br />amended from 150% historical max to 125% historical max. Discussion on each option <br />listed in table. Amended table to be provided to committee. <br />
