Is it possible for the City of Paris to structure a contract with Irving that would <br />allow Paris to sell water that is contractually obligated to LCWS (12 MGD), <br />Campbell Soup (8 MGD), Lamar Power Partners (8 MGD), and Direct Energy <br />(2.3 MGD), but that is not actually being used by these 4 customers (in addition to <br />the potential sale of the excess water)? <br />Put another way, these 4 customers are using only 9.3 MGD of the 30.3 MGD that <br />they are contracted for. Can the difference (21 MGD) be sold to Irving until it is <br />needed by LCWS, Campbell Soup, LPP, and Direct Energy? <br />11. Does the City Ordinance adopted by the City Council regarding a needed <br />approval vote by Paris Citizens for direct sale of water outside of Lamar County <br />also apply to subsequent sale of Pat Mayse water by contract users? Examples: a. <br />Contract user purchases water from the City, and subsequently decides to sell to <br />outside Lamar County users? b. Does that citizen vote also prohibit subsequent <br />contractor sales outside the county? <br />Paris /Corps of Engineers Contract <br />12.
