MINUTES <br />WORK SESSION <br />LAKE PAT MAYSE STUDY COMMITTEE <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2008 <br />1. Call the meeting to order. <br />Chairman Hayter called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. <br />2. Committee member roll call. <br />City Engineer Shawn Napier called roll. <br />Members present were Dennis Chalaire, Reeves Hayter, John R. Kruntorad, Gene <br />McWaters, Michael Moffitt, Sharron Nabors, Jim Noble, and Dan Smith. Ex- Officio Members <br />present were Renee Harvey, Jim Kays, Frank Wright, Ray Ball, and Bob Campbell. Members <br />absent were Herb Campbell, Rick McDougall, and Michael Moffitt. Ex- Officio Members absent <br />were Bryon Billman. Alternate Member absent was Joan Mathis. <br />Also, present were city staff Shawn Napier, City Engineer; Doug Harris, Utilities Director; <br />and Charles Richards, Paris News. <br />3. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (October 30, 2008) <br />A Motion to approve the minutes was made by Dan Smith and seconded by Jim Noble. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Citizens forum. <br />No one spoke. <br />S. Discussion and possible action on the power point presentation to the public. <br />Power Point Presentation by Dennis Chalaire on Public Presentations. Discussion about <br />including peak day information, and possible reduction in number of slides to <br />approximately 10 or 11. <br />6. Update goals and objectives. <br />Power Point Presentations by Chairman Hayter on initial Deliverables and Objectives. <br />(See copy of Power Point Presentation.) <br />
