LAMAR COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />WORK GROUP FUNCTIONS <br />Facilities <br />This work group is responsible for the evaluation of current facilities <br />regarding their structural ability and functionality in meeting the <br />needs of Lamar County Health Department clients. The group will also be <br />responsible for recommenjing changes in the layout of the building or <br />expansion to meet needs identified by the operations work group. This <br />work group will provide information related to the costs of renovation, <br />expansion and furnishings to the funding work group. <br />Membership : <br />Frank Wallace - Mccuistion <br />Chip Harper <br />Monty McLaurin - St. Joseph's <br />Tony Daigle - McCuistion <br />Architect <br />Funding <br />This work group is responsible for evaluating and applying for any <br />monies which maybe available through state, federal, or private sources <br />to help meet the operating and facility requirements of the Lamar County <br />Health Department. The work group will also monitor the use of these <br />funds to insure they are spent in such a way that is consistent with the <br />grant terms. <br />Membership: <br />Ron Ragan - St. Joseph's <br />Evelyn Freeman - Mccuisti.on <br />Raymond Armstrong <br />Felix Gibson <br />
