interiocal Agreement Discussion Points <br />1. 1.4 How the Board is appointed - by the current board members with joint approval, or strictly <br />by appointment by either the LCCC or PCC <br />2. 1.6 Removal from Board - by majority vote from the Board, or by joint resolution of the LCCC <br />and PCC <br />3. 1.7 Term limits - none or staggered 3 year terms <br />4. 7.2 Budget approval process - provided to the LCCC and PCC as a courtesy, or for approval by <br />both entities. Also, whether it will be presented to the LCCC and PCC after Board approval, or <br />simultaneously. <br />5. 7.5 Funding of the Health District - flat amount plus cost of living and inflation increases after <br />budget approval, or overage amount based on year end accounting statement.
