Mr. Jordan <br />had encountered was the gates being <br />parking to close to the Bingo Hall, and <br />fairgrounds when shows were over late at <br />Roy Brunson, representing the Red River Shriner Club, was present <br />speaking on the problems they had encountered this year with the Fair <br />Association involving their circus. Mr. Brunson told the Committee <br />they always book their show a year in advance, but it seems that bingo <br />takes president over anything else. <br />After a considerable amount of discussion of the current lease between <br />the City and the Red River Valley Fair Association, it was the <br />consensus of the Committee to recommend to the Council that the streets <br />at the fairgrounds be open up with no truck traffic being permitted <br />unless for delivery. <br />Chairman Burnett announced that another meeting would be scheduled, and <br />notification would be given. <br />BILLY JOE BURNE T, CHAIRMAN <br />ATTEST: <br />MATTIE CUNNINGHAM, CI Y ERK <br />
