Whelchel <br />- sara lee guy <br />Johnny <br />Mary Madewell <br />some guy not sure where he was from <br />Edwin Pickle <br />John Fuston <br />Charles Waldrum <br />Meeting called to order on time. <br />Waldrum gave synopsis of our task, determined this will be a very difficult task. <br />1St on agenda Waldrum deliberated and approved minutes <br />statement made the atty. Will be late at another meeting <br />Waldrum asked Fire Chief to explain the process of getting a permit for bldg. <br />Ronnie spoke and went through the whole process and what is involved and who does <br />what and at what stage. Ronnie gave his input, Dale gave his and Shawn gave his. <br />The whole meeting was pretty much questions and answers on what the city currently <br />requires and does when someone needs a permit etc. They discussed the role that Bureua <br />Vertas plays, etc. The builders Smallwood, Hanning and Brown, Harper all gave <br />examples of situations they had been in. <br />After long discussion Waldrum asked for thoughts and suggestions on how to move <br />forward with this project. J. Fuston suggested we break it down into categories <br />according to the type of occupancy and location of each structure/bldg. Since the <br />occupancy will play a major role in types of rules applied and also whether the bldg is <br />historic or not will be a important factor as well. <br />Next meeting confirmed for Tues 17th @5pm <br />Waldrum made statement to have a hot button list for next meeting, deal with each item <br />on list separately. <br />
