4. Discussion regarding advertisement and future hanger development at Cox Field. <br />Shawn Napier stated that he spoke to Matthew Felton and Sandra Brandon about how <br />every year there is non - entitlement money that we can try to get, which is about one <br />hundred and fifty thousand dollars. We can send TxDOT a letter of intent stating that we <br />want to use our non - entitlement money; we would have to bank that for four years which <br />would be six hundred thousand dollars. Shawn Napier further stated after the four years <br />we would have six hundred thousand dollars to build hangars with; this is our first plan to <br />move forward at Cox Field Airport. Jack Ashmore stated he has been talking with Mayor <br />Hashmi about how the city needs to build an EPA - approved paint facility to lease out; it <br />would be a big moneymaker. The Airport Advisory Board had some concerns about the <br />money issues and how the lease agreements need to move forward at Cox Field Airport. <br />The Airport Advisory Board further discussed the prices of building hangars for the <br />airport. <br />S.
