MINUTES <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 1976 <br />7:00 O'CLOCK P. M. <br />COX FIELD AIRPORT <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />The Airport Advisory Board met in regular session at Cox Field Airport, <br />Tuesday, November 30, 1976 at 7:00 P.M. The following members were in <br />attendance: <br />1. Bill Boothe <br />2. Lawrence Mann, M.D. <br />3. Wayne Clement <br />4. Jim Collier <br />The Minutes of the October meeting were not available for review. <br />October's financial report was tabled. <br />The new hangars were ciscussed. They are complete except for some <br />finishing touches. They have not been accepted by the City and it is <br />unknown at this time when the hangars will be ready for leasing. <br />Review of Frontier -Metro flight service was tabled. <br />Leasing of property for private T- Hangar construction was tabled. <br />The Advisory Board requests that a representative of the City Manager's <br />office review the status of Mr. Wrenn's proposal of his hangar construction. <br />A committee of one was appointed to consult with the City and report at the <br />next Board meeting. (Mr. Boothe will head this committee.) <br />Permits were reviewed for the following: James Wrenn, Pilot training, <br />Ag operation; James Howell, Pilot training, Ag operation; H.F. Cummings, <br />Ag operation. <br />The Board recommends that the City accept the permits for Mr. Wrenn and <br />Mr. Howell. <br />A motion was made by Dr. Mann and seconded by Mr. Clements to hold Mr. <br />Cummings application until his qualifications are reviewed by the airport <br />manager. <br />There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. <br />Bill Boothe <br />Acting Secretary <br />BB:kp <br />
