None is provided ded by operator <br />except in large hangar. Occasionally an <br />aircraft is guided to and pa',.�,ked at the <br />fueling area. Parking of aircraft in- <br />-lodes the guiding to and stationing at <br />a parking area. <br />c. Movement of aircraft safely is required <br />by ordinance. One man at times moves <br />aircraft in, out, and around in the hangar. <br />This is not a safe operation. <br />d. The ordinance requires a daily check to clean <br />up all debris that would tend to be a fire <br />hazard. The big hangar es littered and trash <br />cans do not have lids. (Each base operator <br />.should provide cans with lids in all public <br />areas and at central pickup point). <br />e. Allows smoking in hangar and around aircraft <br />where work is going on. This is an unsafe <br />practise and no smoking signal T ;hould be placed <br />in hangarand fueling area. <br />f:, Does not alwaysdground aircraft wMIle refueling <br />(Ordinance �Io. 18-54 should be amended to read that <br />an aircraft will be grounded. <br />Has not mowed around the hangar as required by <br />contract. Mr. Lowery has always done it. <br />h. FU-0 rates have Increased periodically without the <br />approval of the City Council as required by con- <br />tract with Base Operator. <br />i. The contract requires the Leasee to sweep, clean <br />and keep the tie-down area presentable at all times <br />for the right to charge tie-down fees. Rocks, <br />bricks and tie-down ropes are scattered across the <br />r rap . <br />(A separate place should be provided for local <br />Wrcraft to park, leaving the tie-down area <br />(on south end of apron for transclents.
