February 27, 1975 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO Members of Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Final Plat - Tanglewood Addition No. 7 <br />The above referenced final plat has been reviewed by this department <br />and found to be in compliance with Ordinance No. 1315 with the following <br />exceptions: <br />1. Certificate indicating all taxes paid. <br />2. Payment of filing fee in the amount of $36.00. <br />3. Payment for street name signs. <br />4. Lots 2A, 3A and 4A in Block P and Lot lA in Block N <br />do not conform to requirements as to minimum area. <br />It is the intent of the Developer to deed these lots <br />to owners of Lots 2, 3 and 4 in Block P and Lot 1 in <br />Block N, respectively, in Tanglewood Addition No. 6.. <br />5. Street pavement surfacing has not been completed. <br />6. Concrete lining of drainage channel has not been completed. <br />It is recommended that the plat be approved subject to the following <br />requirements: <br />A. Compliance with above Items 1, 2 and 3. <br />B. Under Item 4, place in escrow with the City Attorney, <br />proposed deeds to the owners of lots as outlined, <br />stipulating inseperability. <br />C.
