July 8, 1976 <br />Mayor and City Council <br />City of Paris <br />Paris, Texas <br />Att: City Manager <br />Gentlemen: <br />I have under contract Lot No. 22B, City Block 312, which is <br />served only by a 25 foot easement from Clarksville Street, and I do <br />hereby request the City of Paris to approve this easement as an <br />approved way under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Paris and <br />approve my lot as a building site and authorize the issuance of a <br />building permit on the above described lot. In the event that this <br />request is approved, I will move forward with my purchase of this <br />lot, but without it being approved as a building site it has no value <br />to me. <br />truly, <br />HWW /ja H.
