February 3, 1977 <br />TO t PLAY3ING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />Fri : DIRECTOR OF COMMMTS DEVELOPMENT <br />iT <br />SUBJECT: AGMA ITEMS FOR FEBRMMY 7, 1977 <br />1. Pete and Florence Johnson are requesting General Retail Zoning for the <br />northeast corner of Bonham and 17th N.W. Their reason for the request is <br />to be able to sell the property for a business use. There is a largo two <br />story house on the property at this time. The northwest corner of this <br />intersection is zoned Commercial and is occupied by a service station. <br />Thereis some General Retail zoning across Bonham Street from this property <br />but it is vacant at this time. <br />2. A recounndation on vanexration aLd appropriate zoning for two tracts <br />cf land on the crest side of town is again requested from the Commission. <br />The two tracts involved have been before the ;'u+mmission in the last few <br />peeks as separate requests but the descriptions have been amended and it <br />is necessary that hearings be held once again. Tract 1, located on U. S. <br />Highway 82 west has been expanded to include property owned by Jimmy <br />Brockway and Comarercial Zoning is recommended upon► annexation. Tract 2, <br />Located on the west side of 41st S.W. is property owned by Gene McWaters <br />and-the description has been enlarged to include all of this property <br />presently outside the City Limits. SF -2 zoning is recommended upon. <br />annexation. <br />3.
