November 13, 1987 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />FROM: DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />SUBJECT: AGENDA ITEM FOR November 23, 1987 <br />Ms. Vicki Woolston, 1434 Margaret, is seeking a permit to build a 16' x 24' <br />garage in front of her house as shown on the attached sketch. The front wall <br />of the garage will be 20 feet from the front property line instead of the re- <br />quired 25 feet. <br />Most of the houses on the street observe a front set back of 25 feet from the <br />property line.
