<br />REPORT OF MEETING OF
<br />BUILDING HAZARD INSPECTION COMMITTEE
<br />The Building Hazard Inspection Committee met at 10:00 o'clock A.M., July 17, 1996,
<br />in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas. Present were Chairman Steve Methven and
<br />Committee members Steve Burgin and Earl Smith. Also present were Fire Chief, Steve Burgin;
<br />Code Enforcement Officer, Mike Alexander; and Legal Secretary, Alice Pinalto.
<br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman and the following properties were
<br />discussed:
<br />1. 615 Lamar Avenue, Owner: Serres, Robert L.
<br />Lot 10, City Block 106 442 South Main St.
<br />Paris, TX 75460
<br />A picture was introduced of same, not within fire limits, wood frame construction, and
<br />vacant. The house is in need of major repair to windows, exterior walls and roof, and minor
<br />repair to flooring, and interior partitions. Robert L. Serres, owner, appeared. Steve Burgin
<br />made a motion to declare dilapidated and order removed within 30 days, Earl Smith seconded,
<br />passed 3 -0.

<br />appeared on behalf of the owner. Steve Methven made a motion to declare dilapidated and order
<br />removed within 30 days, Steve Burgin seconded, passed 3 -0.
