Sherman, Lot 10, City Block 112 <br />WHEREAS, that at said hearing, the Committee listed the structures involved and introduced <br />pictures of the various portions of the structures and various portions of the premises involved and a list <br />of discrepancies in the structures located thereon; that the Committee found that each of the above <br />structures was in such state of deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and <br />property and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to life and property and that <br />each of said buildings were dangerous structures to life and property; that said buildings are in such a <br />state of dilapidation and decay that none of said structures are capable of repair; that the condition of <br />the premises and structures involved is such that the Committee recommended to the City Council that <br />they be declared a nuisance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City Council to tear down and <br />remove the same from the lots involved that said Committee filed a complete report of its hearing and <br />its findings with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 6th day of January, 1997; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice was given to the owner or owners <br />of the structures hereinafter listed; that, at said hearing on the 13th day of December, 1996, the <br />Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions of the structures <br />and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon; <br />that the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such a state of deterioration <br />and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each of said buildings <br />was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and each of said buildings were dangerous structures <br />to life and property; that the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested time <br />to repair the structures or the Committee found that the structures could be repaired; and that it was the <br />recommendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective <br />owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in connection <br />with each of such addresses, as follows: <br />740 3rd Street N.E. <br />Pt.
