<br />are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property,
<br />and that the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby
<br />ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof.
<br />Section 2. That the structure located at the following address:
<br />1760 W. Walker, Lot 1 & 2, Block 1, Colonial Addn.
<br />is a nuisance, and it is hereby declared a nuisance, in that it is dangerous to life and property, and that
<br />the same constitutes a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owner is hereby ordered
<br />to abate such nuisance within ninety (90) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to
<br />furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance in the event the addresses of said owners are known, and,
<br />in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K.
<br />Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided in Article III
<br />of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
<br />Section 3. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby
<br />declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the
<br />same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners
<br />are hereby ordered to abate such nuisances on or before the dates set out in
<br />connection with the addresses of each of such structures, as follows:
