r <br />OR <br />REPORT OF MEETING OF <br />BUILDING HAZARD INSPECTION COMMITTEE <br />The Building Hazard Inspection Committee met at 10:00 o'clock A.M., <br />November 12, 1999, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas. Present were <br />Chairman Steve Methven and Committee members Steve Burgin and Earl Smith. <br />Also present were Code Enforcement Officer, Mike Alexander; and Legal Secretary, <br />Alice Pinalto. <br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman and the following properties <br />were discussed: <br />1. 1244 9th Street N.W. <br />Lots 20 and 22, Block 1, <br />Elliot Addition <br />Atha Dillard <br />2121 17th Street N.E. <br />Oklahoma City, OK 73111 <br />A picture was introduced of same, not within fire limits, wood frame <br />construction, and vacant. The house is in need of major repair to windows, <br />foundation, flooring, exterior walls, roof, interior partitions, general wiring condition, <br />electric outlets and plumbing. Glenda Williams, realtor, appeared on behalf of <br />owner. Earl Smith made a motion to declare dilapidated and order removed within <br />30 days, Steve Methven seconded, passed 3 -0. <br />2. 1237 9th Street N.W. Atha Dillard <br />Lot 19, Block 1, 2121 17th Street N.E. <br />Elliot Addition Oklahoma City, OK 73111 <br />A picture was introduced of same, not within fire limits, wood frame <br />construction, and vacant.
