EXHIBIT A <br />PERFORMANCE STATEMENT <br />CITY OF PARIS /LAMAR COUNTY <br />Project Description <br />The purpose of this Economic Development project is construction of a 12' diameter <br />watermain extending south along 1st Street SW from West Kaufman Street to the <br />intersection of West Hearne and 1st SW. <br />Fjnancjal Informatjon <br />Constractor shall utilize One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No /100 Dollars (5150 0001 <br />of contract funds and Fifty Five Thousand Seven Hundred and No /100 Dollars <br />(555.700) of Contractor's funds for construction costs. <br />Three Million Nine Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Ei h Fur an <br />No /100 Dollars—($ 3 968 484) of Contractor's funds shall be utilized for jail <br />construction. <br />Eighty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and No /100 ($ 87 300) of Contractor's <br />funds shall be utilized for sanitary sewer rehabilitation. <br />Contractor shall provide to ATCOG, upon request, evidence that project funds, were <br />expended as specified in this Exhibit A and in Exhibit B of this contract. <br />Engineering <br />Thirty One Thousand Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($31,5 00) of Contractor's <br />funds shall be utilized for engineering costs. <br />Administrative <br />Three Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($3,000) shall be utilized for administrative costs. <br />Project Outcomes <br />As a reult of this project Constractor shall ensure that Forty three (43) existing jobs <br />will be retained. In the event more permanent jobs are created, Contractor shall <br />ensure that at least Fifty one persent (51 %) of all jobs created are provided to low and <br />moderate income persons. A low to moderate income person is defined in the TCDP <br />Project Implementation Manuel referenced in Section 16. <br />Page 1 <br />
