The petition of Mary Hurd for an amendment to Ordinance No. 90 -020 to <br />allow a 10 foot front building line in Cedar Park Subdivision was <br />referred for public hearing on March 2, 1992 by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, and March 5, 1992 before the City Council. <br />City Attorney Haynes reported that the Cox Field Airport lessee had not <br />built the required fencing called for in his lease, and the City is <br />declaring default and will probably rebid the lease. <br />Mayor Fisher announced that the Council would go into executive <br />session, and declared the regular session closed, and the executive — <br />session open at 7:35 P. M. <br />Executive session was held to discuss legal matters with City Attorney <br />Haynes. <br />Mayor Fisher declared the executive session closed at'7:56 P.
