E7 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL January 13, 1992 The City Council of the City of Paris met in regular session, Monday, January 13, 1992, 6:00 P. M., City Council Chamber, City Hall, Paris, Texas. Mayor Fisher called the meeting to order with the followin g Council Members present: Don Shelton, Millie Ingram, E. W. (Bill Booth, and Billy Joe Burnett, Emma Smith, and Jim Bell were absent. Also .present was City Manager, Michael E. Malone, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and City Clerk, Mattie Cunningham. Invocation was given by Reverend Gene Strother, Minister of Bonham Street Baptist Church. Mayor- Fisher asked if there were any corrections to the minutes of previous meetings, there being none, the minutes were approved as presented. City Manager Malone announced that the next item on the agenda was receipt of reports from committees, boards and commission, with minutes from the Paris Public Library Advisory Board, and Paris /Lamar County Board of Health being furnished, with no action required. City Manager Malone recommended that no action be taken on consideration of and action on Operating Permits for Lone Star Airline, and Randall Stephens. ORDINANCE NO. 92 -001 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OFSAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -DAY CARE (25) ON LOT 7 BLOCK 1, MEADOW PLACE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARIE RUSHING, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING NO. 2I(SFD2) IANDTSPECIFIC BUOSE DPERM T DAY CARE (25) SO DWELLING ISTRICT ESTABLISHED was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilwoman Ingram for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. ORDINANCE NO. 92 -002 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 4, BLOCK 1 FEW ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO B. V. WATSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED
