PROGRAM NARRATIVE - continued <br />symposium and the bringing in of expert speakers on a wide variety of drug <br />related topics. <br />As indicated, in the narrative information above, our Crime Prevention Program <br />is an essential part of our community. We have been accepted with open arms <br />by the public and have educated several thousand people during the past two years <br />that our program has been in existance. However, as indicated by the historical <br />data it is essential that the program continue with the aid and assistance of <br />this grant. The City of Paris is committed to having a Crime Prevention Program <br />as is indicated-by our cash match in this grant application. And with this grant <br />continuation project we will be able to expand and continue to make the City of <br />Paris a better and safer place to live. <br />
