RESOLUTION NO. 92_02? <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the-City- of Paris has <br />undertaken a project of construction of public housing for <br />the Jackson Street Site in accordance with plans and <br />specifications prepared by Hayter Engineering, Inc.; and, <br />WHEREAS, said plans require a draining easement on Block <br />15 of the Gibbons - Braden Addition; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement description necessary for the <br />completion of said drainage project is shown on* Exhibit A <br />attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above <br />described drainage easement is necessary for said public <br />housing project and that the same should be condemned; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, -be,- and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the <br />above described property to be used for a drainage- easement <br />for the Housing Authority of the City of Paris Public Housing <br />Jackson Street Site. <br />Passed and adopted this 30th day of March, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />x�.
