Ambulance Sales $41,445.00 <br />Less Trade -In 1,200.00 <br />Total Bid $35,675.00 <br />On the recommendation of Steve Burgin, Fire Chief, a motion was made by <br />Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Burnett to award the bid to <br />Taylor Made Ambulance, in the amount of $35,120.00. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Malone advised the Council that only one bid had been <br />received for five (5) Video Camera units for the Police Department, <br />that being from Video Systems Plus of Bryan, Texas in the amount of <br />$8,450.00, which meets all specification with no deviations and is <br />within the amount budgeted. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Shelton <br />to award the bid to Video Systems Plus as recommended. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Malone advised the Council that only one bid had been <br />received for a Microfilm Camera and Printer for the Police Department. <br />The bid was from C. F. Biggs Company, Inc., in the amount of <br />$21,940.00, meeting all specification, and was with in the budgeted <br />amount. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Burnett to <br />award the bid to C. F. Biggs Company, Inc. as recommended. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
