RESOLUTION NO. 92 -005 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore in Resolution No. 90 -099 authorize an Interlocal <br />Governmental Agreement for Security Services through the <br />Paris Police Department with, the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Paris, which agreement expires January 31, 1.992; and, <br />WHEREAS, both parties have enjoyed the contractural <br />relationship and desire to contract upon the same terms and <br />conditions for an additional term of one year; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />that security services in the form of additional police <br />services be extended to the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Paris, upon the terms and conditions stated in the agreement <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, and that the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the <br />Interlocal Governmental Agreement for Security Services with <br />the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, in the form of <br />Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of February, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joe 4JCollum, Assistant City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS �iFORM: <br />ynec City Attorney <br />G orge, fisher, Mayor <br />
