Stat. <br />Article 6252 -17. <br />SIGNED AND SEALED the 10th day of February, 1992. <br />assistant ity Clerk <br />Joe McCollum yor <br />George Fisher <br />(SEAL) <br />Councilman Booth left the meeting at this point. <br />Resolution No. 92 -009, resolving that an application be made to the <br />Texas Narcotics Control Program, Office of :the* Governor, Criminal <br />Justice Division for a Texas Narcotics Control Program, 1992 Grant, in <br />an amount to be determined by John Coffel, Director, Texas Narcotics <br />Control Program after all applications have been received, and if such <br />application for grant assistance is approved, the project is to be <br />funded by 75% federal funds, and 25% local matching funds, appointing <br />Michael E Malone, City Manager as the Authorized Official of said <br />project and is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the <br />application for the grant, Karl Louis, Chief, Paris Police Department, <br />is hereby appointed as Project Director and is hereby authorized to <br />execute and deliver on behalf of the City of Paris all reports, <br />communications, assurances and documents necessary for the completion <br />of said project, and W. E. Anderson, Director of Finance is hereby <br />appointed as Financial Officer, was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilwoman Ingram, seconded by Councilman Burnett for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
