DESIGNATION OF GRANT OFFICIALS '.JD rules require that three persons be designated to the positions of Authorized Official, Project Director, and Financial Officer for the purposes of administering a grant. The Project Director and the Financial Dfficer may not be the same person but, under extenuating circumstances, one person may otherwise fill two positions.
