RESOLUTION NO. 91 -016 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore, in Resolution No. 91 -015, award the contract for <br />the 7 -UNIT NESTED "T" HANGER project to Richard Drake <br />Construction,; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, acting as <br />project engineer of said project recommends the amendment of <br />said contract by Change Order No. One attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A ", which provides for a net decrease in contract <br />price of '$14,754.00 for a total of $134,189.00 for deleting <br />approximately 3,137 square yards of 6" concrete apron paving <br />and substitute 6" compacted aggregate base, prime coat and 1 <br />1/2" compacted, TYPE D, Hot Mixed Asphalt concrete, and such <br />form should be approved, and the Mayor should be authorized <br />to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />that the 7 -UNIT NESTED "T" HANGER Project, contract is <br />hereby amended by Change Order No. One attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A ", providing for a net decrease in contract price <br />of $14,754.00 for a total of $134,189.00 for deleting <br />approximately 3,137 square yards of 6" concrete apron paving <br />and substitute 6" compacted aggregate base, prime coat and 1 <br />1/2" compacted, TYPE D, Hot Mixed Asphalt concrete, which is <br />in all things approved; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said <br />Change Order No. One. <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of February, 1991. <br />Eric S.
