STATE OF TEXAS § <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR § <br />THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal <br />corporation, acting by and through its Mayor, Eric S. <br />Clifford, duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY and David <br />Taylor, dba Mr Goodlube, hereinafter called GOODLUBE, do <br />hereby contract and agree as follows: <br />1. To service CITY vehicles in accordance with the <br />specifications on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />2. The term of this contract shall be for a period of <br />twelve (12) months beginning February 12, 1991, and ending on <br />February 1i; 1992. <br />3. City has the right to unilaterally terminate this <br />agreement at any time for failure to perform the required <br />services as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Executed this 11th day of February, 1991. <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />BY: <br />Eric S.
