SPECIFICATIONS AND QUOTATIONS <br />FOR <br />VEHICLE SERVICE <br />The laity of Paris will receive sealed bids for the services <br />listed on the bid tabulation sheet. The cost will include, <br />service, labor and supplies to complete the requested <br />service(s). Our fleet includes I.H. Corporation, General <br />Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Corporation <br />vehicles. These service quotes shall be valid for a period <br />of 12 months from date bid(s) awarded. <br />Oil shall meet factory recommendations for service <br />classifications and viscosity or A.P.I. specifications (LOW <br />30, 15W 40 S.G., C.E.) . <br />Automatic transmission fluid shall be Dextron II or meet <br />factory recommendations. <br />Heavy duty gear box oil SAE 90W. <br />Multi-purpose 'chassis lutiricant`WLG 442 grade. <br />All oil and grease shall meet or exceed vehicle <br />manufacturer's recommendation. <br />Police vehicles shall be serviced at 3000 miles intervals; <br />ambulances and rescue units shall be serviced at 150 hours <br />or 3,000 miles intervals and additional city vehicles will <br />be serviced at 4000 miles intervals. Any needed repairs <br />sihall be noted on the invoice. Also, a sticker denoting the <br />next scheduled service shall be attached to the vehicle in a <br />conspicuous area. <br />Any advertised specials, free gifts or services will not be <br />considered as a part of vendor's bid. <br />Servicing of vehicles/equipment shall be completed within a <br />15 minute time -frame from time of arrival. <br />fhe service requested for each class of vehicles is listed <br />on Lhe succeeding pages.; also, any supplies or services <br />listed under "Extra Products" that are included in Basic <br />Ser•viC es should be marked "included in basic service" in the <br />pricing column. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />`J. <br />[T. <br />z <br />x <br />T. <br />.L <br />x <br />.0 <br />Z <br />
