RESOLUTION NO. 88 -033 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris <br />continues to be desirous of reducing utility costs without <br />affecting the quality of the services offered the citizens <br />of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, Ben Sanford & Associates, Inc., is offering a <br />utility audit agreement at no cost to the City of Paris <br />other than 60% of the refunds or credits obtained on behalf <br />of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the form of such agreement is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A and should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, . <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute the Audit Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A <br />with Ben Sanford & Associates, Inc., for audit of telephone, <br />electrical and gas utilities. <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of April, 1988. <br />= ��Og- I M, X , M' <br />err.: <br />ATTEST: <br />attie Cunningham, City C er <br />APPRO ED AS T F RM: <br />H ynes, City Attorney <br />
