plan as approved, such amendment shall be approved prior to <br />modification of such original plan. <br />4. NLISD is responsible for renting from the CITY all <br />meters necessary to meter all water used from the CITY <br />system by NLISD. NLISD will supply all labor and equipment <br />necessary for installation of meters. _ <br />5. NLISD agrees to read all meters and supply <br />individual readings to the CITY on a schedule set by CITY. <br />6. The CITY shall have unencumbered access to its <br />meters used in metering NLISD`s taater consumption. The CITY <br />agrees to maintain at its expense meters installed upon <br />NLISD campus for the purpose of metering domestic and /or <br />agricultural water consumption. <br />7. NLISD acknowledges its. responsibility to provide <br />an adequate fire protection system. The CITY will cooperate <br />with NLISD to assist them in the accomplishment of this <br />endeavor. <br />8.
