1.. <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />COX FIELD GROUND'S MAINTENANCE <br />1. Areas to be mowed are shaded green on Attachment A. <br />2. Areas shall be mowed once every two weeks unless prohibited by <br />extreme weather conditions. <br />3. Bidder is responsible for supplying all labor, equipment, and <br />materials to perform the specified work. <br />4. Bidder must have current liability and workman's compensation <br />insurance. <br />5. All correspondence concerning the grounds maintenance contract <br />shall be through the Airport Manager. <br />6. The Airport Manager has the authority to suspend mowing operations <br />when in his opinion the ground is too wet for mowing. <br />7. Bidders are responsible for removing dirt or mud that is deposited <br />from tractor tires or mowers on the concrete areas. <br />8. Bidders will submit a.bill to the airport manager upon completion <br />of each mowing. Payment will be made within one week from the time <br />the :bill is received at the City Finance Office. <br />
