5 ti <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 -018 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Building Commission of the City of Paris due to the <br />resignation of Ronnie Roark, and it is necessary to appoint <br />his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, having appointed Sherrell Jowell to serve until his <br />successor is appointed, and has submitted the name of such <br />person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the appointment of Sherrell Jowell, as a member <br />of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, to serve <br />until his successor is appointed, is by the City Council of <br />the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of March, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, Ci C er <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />T.
