RESOLUTION NO. 88 -020
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris has for many years provided
<br />aid to regional cities and has received aid from regional
<br />cities in the form of disaster or extraordinary need; and,
<br />WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the best interest of
<br />the City of Paris that such mutual aid be described in an
<br />intergovernmental contract with such regional cities,
<br />providing for mutual aid in areas of Fire, Police and
<br />E.M.S.; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the regional cities which have agreed in
<br />principal to a an intergovernmental contract are as follows:

<br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, with the following cities:
