7,27 <br />Thomas E. Hunt III, Municipal Judge administered the oath of office to <br />Curtis Fendley, Eric S. Clifford, and Marshall H. Kent, Jr., and the <br />newly elected Councilmen assumed their seat at the Council table. <br />�.., Mayor Burnett presented a gavel to Councilman Francis and Councilman <br />Hoog for servicing as Mayor Pro Tem. Mayor Burnett also presented <br />Councilman Francis, Councilman Folmar, and Councilman Hoog plaques for <br />the fine job and service they have provided the City of Paris. <br />City Manager Malone congratulated each of the newly elected Councilmen <br />and welcomed them to the City Council. <br />Mayor Burnett called for consideration and action on scheduling Council <br />workshops for establishing priorities. <br />City Manager Malone advised the Council that the purpose of these <br />workshops is for the Councilmen who have not been on the Council before <br />to take a tour of City facilities, and give the Department Heads an <br />opportunity to answer any questions the Council might have. <br />After discussion, April 25th was agreed upon for the tour of City <br />facilities, and dates for the workshops will be determined later. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />�- <br />ATTEST: <br />t <br />l <br />TTIE CUMING OM, CITY CLERK - <br />
