Box 12607 410 East Fifth Street Austin, Texas 78711 (512) 476.9262 WHEREAS, the Texas Aeronautics Commission, has determined it to be in the interest of the State of Texas that the Grant Agreement between the Director, Texas Aeronautics Commission, acting by and on behalf of the State of Texas, and City of Paris, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "Spon.sor ") dated December 5, 1986, and accepted by said Sponsor on December 8, 1986, relating to Paris Cox Field, Paris, Texas, TAC Project No. 866 -24, be amended as hereinafter provided. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the State of Texas on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other part, do hereby mutually agree that the said Grant Agreement shall be and is hereby amended by changing the work description as follows: Seal cracks and joints in Runways 13/31, 3/21, taxiway and apron; Restripe Runways 13/31, 3/21 and 17/35 All other terms of the Grant Agreement shall remain without change. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Francis for approval of the Resolution. The motion carried 4-ayes, 0 nays.
