0 569 CHANGE ORDER # 1 PROJECT TITLE 1985 Wastwater Treatment Plant ImprnyPments PROJECT NO. 86.21 CONTRACT NO. 15 -RF-21 -0340* CONTRACT DATE CONTRACTOR Four Thirteen Inc f he following changes are hereby made to the Contract Documents: CHANGE TO CONTRACT PRICE Increase as a result of this Change Order 66,280 Previous Contract Amount $ 1,459,000 New Contract Amount 1.525,280 CHANGE TO CONTRACT TIME Completion date for work within the scope of this Change Order will be June 30, 1987. Completion date for all other work under this Contract remains unchanged. Justification: For installation of one line of grinding and pumping equipment, along with mechanical piping and associated appurtenances as described in the Drawings and Supplementary Specifications for the Wastewater Sludge Disposal System.Pumping Station, excluding the sump and sump pump. *Payments for work authorized.by this Change Order shall be charged to account 15 -86 -22 -0340, and shall be accounted for, and billed separately, from all other charges associated with Contract Number 15 -86 -21 -0340.
