h <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br />April 18, 1984 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in special session, Wednesday, April, <br />18, 1984, 7:00 P. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting to order with the following <br />Councilmen present: Donald G. Wilson, George Fisher, Jeff Hoog, and Nathan Bell. <br />Also present were City Manager David H. Doty, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and City <br />Clerk, H. C. Greene. <br />Mayor Graham announced that this was a regular meeting called for by the City <br />Charter for the purpose of canvasing the returns of the Election held on Saturday, <br />April 7, 1984. <br />Mayor Graham called for the canvas of the returns, and returns from the four <br />districts were presented. Returns from the election were read aloud. <br />Resolution No. 84 -026 declaring the results of the election for Ward One, Two, <br />Three and Six were presented. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by <br />Councilman Bell for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
