Mr. McCollum presented a replat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Jubilee <br />Addition. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by <br />Councilman Bell to approve the replat subject to the requirements of the <br />City Engineer. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mr. McCollum presented a replat of Lot 1, Block B, Tanglewood Addition <br />and part of Lot 9, City Block 249. After discussion, a motion was made <br />by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman McWaters approving the replat <br />subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 7 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mr. McCollum presented the replat of lot 26 Block A, Morningside <br />Estates. After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Wilson, <br />seconded by Councilman McWaters approving the replat subject to the <br />requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 6 ayes, 1 nays, <br />Councilman Fisher voting nay. <br />Mr. McCollum presented an easement dedication plat on Lot 16, City Block <br />315. A motion was made by Councilman McWaters, seconded by Councilman <br />Wilson approving the plat and easement dedication. The motion carried-? <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham called for the discussion of the zoning study in the area <br />of 28th Street N. W. and West Cherry Street. <br />The Zoning Study was made as a result of the request of Wayne Timpleton <br />to place a mobile home in the area. After discussion, it was the <br />consensus of the Council to extend a temporary permit for the mobile <br />home for a period of 6 months. <br />Mayor Graham called for discussion concerning the control of satellite <br />receiving antennas. It was noted that that several antennas had been <br />placed in front yards in residential area. After discussion, the City <br />Attorney was instructed to prepare an Ordinance restricting placement <br />of satellite receiving antennas in front yards. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented the following petitions for rezoning: <br />Eric S. Clifford, Gail Davis, and Mike Copeland, Part of Lot 1, City <br />Block 319, from Agricultural District to Commercial District; Alan <br />Boyd, Lot 16, City Block 296 request Site Plan approval in a Planned <br />Development District (PD -a); Mary Lee Lee, Lot 4, City Block 213 from <br />SF2 District to 2F District. <br />Mayor Graham referred the petitions to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for their study and recommendation and called for a public <br />hearing for March 8, 1984. <br />Mayor Graham declared the Council would go into executive session, and <br />the regular session was declared closed, and the executive session open. <br />Legal and personnel matters were discussed with the City Manager and <br />City Attorney. <br />The executive session was declared closed and the regular session open. <br />'lY J <br />r <br />a t n <br />fat <br />1 <br />y3 � <br />fit, � <br />� <br />4i41'� <br />'lY J <br />
