The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84 -016 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP <br />OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOT 1, <br />BLOCK A, JUBILEE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO PARIS JAYCEES, SO AS <br />TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELL- <br />ING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL <br />RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. Paris Flight Center, Pilot Training and Leasing <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Bell seconded by <br />Councilman Ware to table items concerning Randall Steven Ag. Service and <br />James Howell Ag. Operations. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Wilson <br />approving permits for Paris Center Aviation, G. & J. Ag Service, Austin <br />Ellis Pilot Training and Leasing, Metro Airlines, Aero Dust & Spray <br />Maint., and Paris Flight Center. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 84005 calling for hearing concerning the level of <br />service and rates of Midwest Video Corporation was presented.
