RESOLUTION NO.84 -015 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris in Resolution No. 83 -070 accepted the proposal of Underground Resource Management, Inc. for the collection of geological and hydraulic data and survey concerning the final closing of the landfill and monitoring of the same; and, WHEREAS, the City of Paris has need for professional services and Underground Resource Management, Inc. has made a proposal for such services being described as follows: five (5) soil borings to collect samples and analyze the same and to perform a field perimeter test to estimate rates of leakage from proposed waste water basin and to prepare a report interpreting the same; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Paris that the existing contract for professional services with Underground Resource Management, Inc. dated November 22, 1983, be amended by Addendum No. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the proposal of Underground Resource Management, Inc. for additional professional services described in Addendum No. 1 to professional services contract, dated November 22, 1983, between City of Paris, Paris, Texas and Underground Resource Management, Inc., be, and the same is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Joe Graham, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris said Addendum No. 1. Passed and adopted this 12th day of March, 1984.
