6. PJC agrees to directly meter all water usage. A <br />metering plan shall be prepared by PJC depicting meter <br />location and size providing for the direct metering of all <br />water usage, which plan shall be approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to the commencement of installation of the <br />metering system. In the event of the future need to amend <br />such plan as approved, such amendment shall be approved <br />prior to modification of such original plan. <br />7. The CITY shall have unencumbered access to its <br />meters <br />used in metering PJC's water <br />consumption. <br />The <br />CITY <br />agrees <br />to maintain meters installed <br />upon PJC campus <br />for <br />the <br />purpose of metering its water consumption. <br />8. PJC acknowledges its responsibility to provide an <br />adequate fire protection system.
