Brackeen <br />5013 East Capital SE St. <br />Washington, DC 20019 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Building Hazard Inspection Committee, <br />composed of the Director of Public Works, the Chief of the <br />Fire Department and the Director of Community Development, <br />proceed to call a hearing to notify the owners, and, if any, <br />occupants of the property, and to notify such owners whose <br />residences are not known by publishing the same in the <br />newspaper as required by law, and after such hearing to <br />report their findings to the City Council in accordance with <br />Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of June, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />H. Collegiate between <br />Clarksville and Jefferson Road. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2634 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A 40MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON CERTAIN <br />PORTIONS OF SOUTH COLLEGIATE DRIVE;PROVIDING FOR A FINE NOT TO EXCEED <br />$200.00: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, 1982. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by <br />Councilman Wilson for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2171 appointing Cathie Swaim and W'. C. Francis to <br />serve on the Committee of Architectural Preservation of the Central <br />Business District for a period of two years from July 1, 1982 was <br />presented. <br />
