Resolution No. 2200 authorizing a Deferred Compensation Program for <br />City. Employees was presented. Councilman Wilson voiced his concern <br />about penalty for withdrawal of funds from the program and David <br />Blundrick, a representative of the U. S. Conference of Mayors <br />explained the options available in regard to withdrawal. Following <br />discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by <br />Councilman Fisher for approval of the Resolution. The motion <br />carried 5 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman McGee voting nay. <br />
