Resolution No. 2201 appointing Jackie Alsobrook as lay representative <br />to the Northeast Texas Library System was presented. A motion was <br />made by Councilman McGee, seconded by Councilman McWaters for approval <br />of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2201 <br />'WHEREAS, the City of Paris, acting through its <br />Library, is desirous of continuing participation in the <br />Northeast Texas Library System; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Library Advisory Board recommends the <br />appointment of Jackie Alsobrook as lay representative to <br />the Northeast Texas Library System; NOW,THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that Jackie Alsobrook, be, and she is hereby ap- <br />pointed as lay representative to the Northeast Texas <br />Library System for a term of one (1) year, beginning <br />September 1, 1982 and endong August 31, 1983. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of August, 1982. <br />am_'� <br />J e Graham, Mayor' <br />ATTEST; <br />H.
