RESOLUTION NO. 2218 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, in <br />cooperation with the Paris Industrial Foundation is extend- <br />ing water and sewer utility services to Kimberly -Clark <br />Corporation plant site on FM 137 South of Loop 286 S. W.; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, as a part of said sewer utility extension it <br />is necessary to cross the Missouri Pacific's right of way at <br />Mile Post 91.47, Engineer's Chainage Station 4829 +87, Lamar <br />County, Texas, requiring a pipe line license from said <br />railroad; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company makes a <br />charge of Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($500.00) for the <br />issuance of such license the form of which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A "; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest to the City of <br />Paris that such license be executed by the City of Paris and <br />that said fee be paid; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be <br />and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said pipe <br />line license with Missouri Pacific Railroad Company in the <br />form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the pipe line license fee <br />of Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($500.00) be, by the <br />Director of Finance, H. C.
