The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />i <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the Council would go into executive session to discuss <br />legal matters with the City Attorney, and the regular session was declared closed <br />and the executive session open. <br />Discussion was had with the City Attorney concerning legal matters. <br />The executive session was declared closed, and the regular session open. <br />Councilman Williams requested the Council to reconsider the action taken on <br />Resolution No. 2146. A motion was made by Councilman Williams seconded by <br />Councilman Wortham to reconsider action taken on the Resolution 2146. The <br />motion carried 4 ayes, 2 nays. A motion was made by Councilman Graham seconded <br />by Councilman McGee to approve the action taken on Item 8 and Resolution No. 2146. <br />The motion carried 5 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman Williams voting nay. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />BILLY J.
